Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) allows individuals to request access to public records, except when records are claimed as exempt from disclosure under FOIA. The City of Harvey has an appointed FOIA Officer to respond to all requests for eligible public records.

  • Accident Reports $5.00 each.
  • Certifications $1 per document.
