Resident and Non-resident Incident Reports are available upon request for the nominal fee of $7.00 (resident) | $10.00 (Non-resident).
A 3% convenience fee will be added for each report if paying by check or with credit card. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNABLE.
