Or maybe it’s not simply the parks, but the important values instilled by progressive organizations like the Harvey Boxing Club. Here, the motto “Better to sweat in the gym, than bleed on the streets” has helped recruit more than 50 active members and has helped keep Harvey’s streets clean.
