Residential sales, yard sales, and garage sales are required to have a Harvey issued Permit.

No more than three (3) days may be held in a calendar year, consecutively or separately. 

Sales must occur during the hours of 9:00am until 7:00pm. 

There are no exceptions for rain dates, and no refunds for any reason.

No more than two signs may be posted within the public right-of-way and no more than one sign may be posted in front of the resident’s home.  Signs must be posted no earlier than the first sale date and removed within four (4) hours after the final sale date. Each sign must include the exact date, address, and permit number. Garage sale signs are prohibited from being placed at or on signalized stoplight intersections.

Permits can be purchased at Harvey City Hall for $2.00.
