Pay Water/Sewer Bills
You can pay your water bill in one of three ways:
- Pay in-person at the Customer Service Center, 15320 S Broadway Ave.
- Pay over the phone at 844.916.1487
NOTE: Make checks payable to “City of Harvey”.
3% convenience fee apply for credit card payment
- Customers who have had water shut-off must pay in person at 15320 S Broadway Ave.
- Water shut offs occur for default accounts.
- There is a $150.00 same day re-connection fee, must be paid by or before 3:00 pm. Next business day re-connection fee is $75.
